Who is Alpha?
   
 
Alpha is the trading name of Alpha Utilities which Is a Limited Liability Partnership between David and Julia Dalrymple.

David runs the construction, contract analysis and project management. Julia, whilst assisting in the overall running of the company is responsible for the design element of any proposed contract we may become involved with.

Working closely with David and Julia is a small well trained dedicated team to help Alpha Construction achieve the results that hard working business people demand today.
   
   
How much will Alpha Services cost my business?
   
   
Each job or task will be assessed free of charge and we will be realistic about the results we expect to achieve. You will also be given a realistic idea of how long this will take to complete. We can offer to negotiate how you would prefer to be charged.

Some customers prefer a result based charge, similar to a no win no fee basis. e.g a customer asks us to look at their electricity supply, we identify a saving of £3,500 per year and identify a one off rebate of £6,300 the customer says “ that sounds great, but I would prefer to pay once I receive the money.
   
   
We agreed that once we achieve these results and the customer has the cheque in their hand that 30% should be payable to us, the customer retained 70%.

Other customers prefer a fixed price or an hourly rate. Although we are happy with any of these methods of payment we will advise as to which may be the most appropriate for each individual project.

    Why does my company need Alpha?
   
We are sure that you are a specialist in what you do and feel that the service you provide to your customers is cost effective because of your experience and therefore efficiency enables you to achieve this. We promise to work as hard as you do!
     
    How Is Alpha different from other companies?
    As a policy we are always employed directly by our customers and are not associated or affiliated with any of the suppliers we may recommend.
We will always expect a negotiated settlement, but are able to help even if you problem has ended in court action.
