Quality Policy
Our policy statement
It is our aim to help an increasing number of satisfied customers, in relation to the provision of resource management, investigation related to utility charges and the provision of project management in buildings and related services. We include heating, lighting, ventilation and refrigeration.

We recognise that when employees, at all levels are operating as an effective group they can solve more complex problems, make better decisions, release more creativity and do more to build individual skills than individuals working alone. We are committed to establishing and monitoring our effectiveness in achieving this within our company.

The Company recognises that the maintenance and improvement of standards and processes in our work is the keystone to our success, our reputation, our future and to the professional satisfaction of colleagues, customers and our community. To realise this aim, we have developed a Quality Management System which meets the requirements of BS/EN/ISO 9001:2000 and which we will review for continuing suitability.

It is the responsibility of top management to set and review specific quality objectives for the business and to provide sufficient time and resource to achieve these, and for all company staff to understand, conform and contribute to the requirements of this philosophy and its associated working practices."
